Do you accept walk-ins or do I need an appointment?
We accept walk-ins for emergencies, examinations and consultations whenever a chair is free, but to guarantee your preferred dentist and time slot we strongly recommend booking ahead by phone, WhatsApp, LINE or the form on this page. Booked patients are always seen on time.
Is parking available?
Yes — free street parking is available directly in front of the clinic, plus paid public parking lots within a 2–3 minute walk. Most international patients arrive by Grab, taxi or hotel pickup; we are easy for any driver to find.
What languages do you speak?
Our team speaks English, Thai and basic Chinese / Russian. For other languages we can arrange translator support with notice. International patients from the UK, US, Australia, EU, Russia and the Middle East are routine for us.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a valid ID/passport and any recent dental X-rays, treatment records or photos you have. Insurance documents (if you plan to claim reimbursement) and a list of current medications are helpful but not required. The first consultation is free.
