We follow up with implant and veneer patients at 1, 3 and 5 years and document long-term outcomes. With proper aftercare, our implant cases routinely show 95–99% survival at 5 years and our veneer cases hold their shape and color well past the typical 10-year benchmark. Specific outcomes depend on bone quality, oral hygiene and general health.

We will adjust at no extra cost if a treatment falls short of the agreed plan within the warranty period (varies by procedure — e.g., 5 years on most ceramic crowns, lifetime on Straumann fixtures). We discuss expected outcomes and limitations openly during consultation, and we will not start treatment if we don’t believe we can deliver a result you’ll be happy with.
